Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
Inquiry, contact and partnership forms: name, company, email, phone, event details and your message. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(a) – your consent).
Newsletter: your email address. We send news about shows, dates and premieres only with your consent and after you confirm your subscription (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Tickets are sold by Paysera – when you buy tickets, you provide your data to Paysera, which processes it as a separate controller under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
Essential: we store your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage) so we don’t have to ask every time.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd.) and marketing (Meta Pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) cookies, as well as the Instagram feed, are only enabled after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site.
Who may receive your data
Service providers who help us: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and forms), UAB “MailerLite” (newsletter), Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (marketing, Instagram). Where data is transferred outside the EU (e.g. to the USA), this is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it with other third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and correspondence data – no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded and the law requires longer retention. Newsletter data – until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at info@jazzhappens.lt.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
